What the process involves

Why this role exists

Our growth depends on honest, useful conversations with organisations that genuinely need what we do. We are training people who can research, write and organise those conversations without resorting to generic sales tactics.

What you will own

  • Researching target accounts and identifying the right stakeholders
  • Supporting campaigns, events and content distribution
  • Keeping the CRM and pipeline data clean and actionable
  • Helping prepare proposals, presentations and customer communications

What you will work on

  • Dynamics 365 Marketing and Sales
  • Campaign planning and execution
  • Event and webinar coordination
  • Content and social media support
  • Pipeline reporting and analysis

What good looks like

  • You write clearly and tailor your message to the reader
  • You keep information organised and follow up reliably
  • You listen more than you pitch
  • You are curious about how businesses make technology decisions

Platforms

  • Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Power Platform
  • LinkedIn

Experience

What you need, what helps, and what you can learn.

We separate genuine requirements from experience that simply accelerates fit. A long list of preferences is not a requirement.

Experience that helps

  • Customer service, retail or administrative experience
  • Studying marketing, business, communications or IT
  • Using social media, email or CRM tools
  • An interest in B2B technology and professional services

What you do not need to know on day one

  • Previous sales or marketing experience
  • Dynamics 365 certification
  • A personal network of enterprise contacts

How the work runs

Responsibility, decisions and support.

Accountability should come with enough context and support to make a good decision.

How the team works

  • You will work alongside sales, marketing and delivery leaders
  • Your mentor will review outreach, content and campaign plans
  • You will help run events, webinars and customer roundtables
  • Apprenticeship learning is protected alongside live commercial work

A pay position is not published for this role. Ask us for the range before you invest time in the process, and we will be straight with you.

Benefit terms are not yet approved for publication, so they are confirmed in conversation rather than described here.

Applying

What to expect if you apply.

An outline, not a promise. The exact process depends on the vacancy and is confirmed with you.

  1. Apply: Send your experience and tell us what kind of work interests you.
  2. Initial conversation: A two-way discussion about the role, the work and what you are looking for.
  3. Role discussion: A closer look at your functional, technical or delivery experience.
  4. Final conversation: Meet the people you would be working with and ask what you still need to know.
  5. Decision: We aim to close the process clearly rather than leave candidates uncertain.

What we need from you

Your name, email, the area of work that fits your experience, and a short introduction. A phone number, location and professional profile link are optional. We do not ask for your current employer or salary.

Where your application goes

There is no applicant tracking system or secure upload on this site yet. The form prepares an application email to hello@intelisenseit.com in your own email client, so nothing is sent until you send it.

CV and profile

There is no CV upload on this site. Attach your CV to the application email, or share a professional profile link instead.

Your information

Please do not send identity documents, health information or right-to-work documents through the website. No hiring decision is made by automation alone. A candidate privacy notice is not yet published, so we keep what we ask for to the minimum needed to hold a first conversation.

If you need an adjustment at any stage of the process, tell us when you apply or at any point afterwards, and we will discuss what would help. If anything about the role, location, working model, travel or pay is unclear, ask us before you apply rather than after.

Your next chapter

Bring your experience. Take real responsibility for what happens next.

If this role fits the work you want to own, start the conversation.
