What the process involves

Why this role exists

Data and AI work only creates value when it is accurate, explainable and trusted. We are training people who care about the quality of the answer, not just the visualisation.

What you will own

  • Helping gather and document data requirements
  • Supporting data modelling, cleansing and validation
  • Building and checking reports and dashboards
  • Documenting assumptions and limitations clearly

What you will work on

  • Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • Data modelling and transformation
  • Reporting and dashboard design
  • AI readiness and responsible use assessments
  • Data quality and validation

What good looks like

  • You notice when numbers do not look right
  • You can explain what a chart shows and what it does not show
  • You keep source data, assumptions and outputs linked
  • You are curious about how AI can help without overstating it

Platforms

  • Power BI
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure AI
  • Power Platform

Experience

What you need, what helps, and what you can learn.

We separate genuine requirements from experience that simply accelerates fit. A long list of preferences is not a requirement.

Experience that helps

  • Working with data in Excel, reports or databases
  • Studying data, maths, computer science or a related subject
  • Analytical or problem-solving hobbies and projects
  • An interest in responsible, explainable AI

What you do not need to know on day one

  • Power BI or Fabric certification
  • Machine learning or data engineering experience
  • Programming in Python or SQL

How the work runs

Responsibility, decisions and support.

Accountability should come with enough context and support to make a good decision.

How the team works

  • You will work alongside data consultants on real customer datasets
  • A senior data lead will review your models and reports
  • You will learn our delivery standards for quality and documentation
  • Your apprenticeship blends structured learning with practical delivery

Employment terms

What we can confirm, and what we cannot yet.

A pay position is not published for this role. Ask us for the range before you invest time in the process, and we will be straight with you.

Benefit terms are not yet approved for publication, so they are confirmed in conversation rather than described here.

Applying

What to expect if you apply.

An outline, not a promise. The exact process depends on the vacancy and is confirmed with you.

  1. Apply: Send your experience and tell us what kind of work interests you.
  2. Initial conversation: A two-way discussion about the role, the work and what you are looking for.
  3. Role discussion: A closer look at your functional, technical or delivery experience.
  4. Final conversation: Meet the people you would be working with and ask what you still need to know.
  5. Decision: We aim to close the process clearly rather than leave candidates uncertain.

What we need from you

Your name, email, the area of work that fits your experience, and a short introduction. A phone number, location and professional profile link are optional. We do not ask for your current employer or salary.

Where your application goes

There is no applicant tracking system or secure upload on this site yet. The form prepares an application email to hello@intelisenseit.com in your own email client, so nothing is sent until you send it.

CV and profile

There is no CV upload on this site. Attach your CV to the application email, or share a professional profile link instead.

Your information

Please do not send identity documents, health information or right-to-work documents through the website. No hiring decision is made by automation alone. A candidate privacy notice is not yet published, so we keep what we ask for to the minimum needed to hold a first conversation.

If you need an adjustment at any stage of the process, tell us when you apply or at any point afterwards, and we will discuss what would help. If anything about the role, location, working model, travel or pay is unclear, ask us before you apply rather than after.

Your next chapter

Bring your experience. Take real responsibility for what happens next.

If this role fits the work you want to own, start the conversation.
