What the process involves

Why this role exists

We need people who can grow into trusted consultants by understanding finance, supply chain and operations first, then learning how to configure and improve the systems that run them.

What you will own

  • Documenting customer processes, requirements and decisions
  • Supporting configuration and testing under supervision
  • Keeping workshop notes, decision logs and test evidence organised
  • Raising clear questions when something does not match what was agreed

What you will work on

  • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Process mapping and fit-gap analysis
  • Testing and user acceptance support
  • Training material and documentation

What good looks like

  • You ask the question that makes the requirement clearer
  • You keep notes and decisions organised without being asked
  • You can explain a process back to a customer in plain language
  • You admit when you do not know something and then find out

Platforms

  • Dynamics 365
  • Business Central
  • Power Platform

Experience

What you need, what helps, and what you can learn.

We separate genuine requirements from experience that simply accelerates fit. A long list of preferences is not a requirement.

Experience that helps

  • Any customer-facing or administrative work
  • Studying business, IT, accounting or operations
  • Using Excel, data or reporting tools confidently
  • An interest in how organisations actually work

What you do not need to know on day one

  • Prior Dynamics certification
  • Years of consulting experience
  • Programming or integration skills

How the work runs

Responsibility, decisions and support.

Accountability should come with enough context and support to make a good decision.

How the team works

  • You will be paired with a mentor and a delivery lead on live work
  • We review your work together before it reaches the customer
  • You join customer calls to listen before you are expected to lead
  • Your apprenticeship includes structured learning time alongside billable work

Employment terms

What we can confirm, and what we cannot yet.

Anything not published here has not been approved for publication. We would rather tell you that than print something we cannot stand behind.

A pay position is not published for this role. Ask us for the range before you invest time in the process, and we will be straight with you.

Benefit terms are not yet approved for publication, so they are confirmed in conversation rather than described here.

Applying

What to expect if you apply.

An outline, not a promise. The exact process depends on the vacancy and is confirmed with you.

  1. Apply: Send your experience and tell us what kind of work interests you.
  2. Initial conversation: A two-way discussion about the role, the work and what you are looking for.
  3. Role discussion: A closer look at your functional, technical or delivery experience.
  4. Final conversation: Meet the people you would be working with and ask what you still need to know.
  5. Decision: We aim to close the process clearly rather than leave candidates uncertain.

What we need from you

Your name, email, the area of work that fits your experience, and a short introduction. A phone number, location and professional profile link are optional. We do not ask for your current employer or salary.

Where your application goes

There is no applicant tracking system or secure upload on this site yet. The form prepares an application email to hello@intelisenseit.com in your own email client, so nothing is sent until you send it.

CV and profile

There is no CV upload on this site. Attach your CV to the application email, or share a professional profile link instead.

Your information

Please do not send identity documents, health information or right-to-work documents through the website. No hiring decision is made by automation alone. A candidate privacy notice is not yet published, so we keep what we ask for to the minimum needed to hold a first conversation.

If you need an adjustment at any stage of the process, tell us when you apply or at any point afterwards, and we will discuss what would help. If anything about the role, location, working model, travel or pay is unclear, ask us before you apply rather than after.

Your next chapter

Bring your experience. Take real responsibility for what happens next.

If this role fits the work you want to own, start the conversation.
