What the process involves

Why this role exists

Customer engagement systems only work when the people using them trust the data and the process. We are growing consultants who understand the customer journey before they configure the platform.

What you will own

  • Capturing sales, service and marketing requirements
  • Supporting CRM configuration and testing
  • Helping prepare training and adoption content
  • Tracking decisions, issues and next actions clearly

What you will work on

  • Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
  • Customer journey mapping
  • CRM configuration and testing
  • User stories and process documentation
  • Adoption and training support

What good looks like

  • You can put yourself in the end user's position
  • You write clear notes that someone else can act on
  • You spot when a process and a system do not match
  • You follow up on actions you said you would take

Platforms

  • Dynamics 365 CE
  • Power Platform
  • Sales
  • Customer Service

Experience

What you need, what helps, and what you can learn.

We separate genuine requirements from experience that simply accelerates fit. A long list of preferences is not a requirement.

Experience that helps

  • Customer service, sales support or administrative experience
  • Studying marketing, business or IT
  • Using a CRM or case management system
  • A genuine interest in customer experience

What you do not need to know on day one

  • Dynamics 365 certification
  • Previous CRM implementation experience
  • Coding or integration knowledge

How the work runs

Responsibility, decisions and support.

Accountability should come with enough context and support to make a good decision.

How the team works

  • You will shadow consultants on customer workshops and calls
  • Your mentor will review configuration before it is deployed
  • You will help run test scenarios and record results
  • Apprenticeship time is protected alongside project work

Employment terms

What we can confirm, and what we cannot yet.

Anything not published here has not been approved for publication. We would rather tell you that than print something we cannot stand behind.

A pay position is not published for this role. Ask us for the range before you invest time in the process, and we will be straight with you.

Benefit terms are not yet approved for publication, so they are confirmed in conversation rather than described here.

Applying

What to expect if you apply.

An outline, not a promise. The exact process depends on the vacancy and is confirmed with you.

  1. Apply: Send your experience and tell us what kind of work interests you.
  2. Initial conversation: A two-way discussion about the role, the work and what you are looking for.
  3. Role discussion: A closer look at your functional, technical or delivery experience.
  4. Final conversation: Meet the people you would be working with and ask what you still need to know.
  5. Decision: We aim to close the process clearly rather than leave candidates uncertain.

What we need from you

Your name, email, the area of work that fits your experience, and a short introduction. A phone number, location and professional profile link are optional. We do not ask for your current employer or salary.

Where your application goes

There is no applicant tracking system or secure upload on this site yet. The form prepares an application email to hello@intelisenseit.com in your own email client, so nothing is sent until you send it.

CV and profile

There is no CV upload on this site. Attach your CV to the application email, or share a professional profile link instead.

Your information

Please do not send identity documents, health information or right-to-work documents through the website. No hiring decision is made by automation alone. A candidate privacy notice is not yet published, so we keep what we ask for to the minimum needed to hold a first conversation.

If you need an adjustment at any stage of the process, tell us when you apply or at any point afterwards, and we will discuss what would help. If anything about the role, location, working model, travel or pay is unclear, ask us before you apply rather than after.

Your next chapter

Bring your experience. Take real responsibility for what happens next.

If this role fits the work you want to own, start the conversation.
