TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DATA ENTRY PRIZE DRAW
1. Eligibility
- The Prize Draw (the “Draw”) is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, agend 18 years or older at the time of entry
- Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Intelisense IT and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
- The entry period for the Draw begins on Wednesday 1st November and ends of Wednesday 13th December.
3. Entry Method
- To enter the Draw, participants must complete and submit the official form provided on <add the link to the landing page>. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Prize
- The prize for the Draw is a brand new <Surface Pro laptop tbc>. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash of any other substitutes.
- The winner will be solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with the prize.
5. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected in random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
- The drawing will take place on Thursday 14th December, and the winner will be announced that day.
6. Notification of Winner
- The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form on the day of the Draw.
- If the winner cannot be reached within 4 contact attempts, or fails to claim the prize within a week, and alternative winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
- By entering the Draw, participants grant Intelisense IT the right use their name and image for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
- Intelisense IT will collect and use the personal information by participants for the purpose of conducting the Draw, notifying the winner, and for future marketing purposes. Participant information will not be shared with third parties.
9. General Conditions
- Intelisense IT reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, late, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Intelisense IT reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Draw in the event of any technical errors or other factors beyond its control.
- By participating in the Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Intelisense IT which are final and binding in all matters related to the Draw.
10. Governing Law
- The Draw is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from or related to the Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
11. Winner’s List
- To obtain a list of the winners, please email info@intelisenseIT.com after the Draw’s conclusion.
By entering the Draw, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
