  • Providing customer focused support for application and/or technical issues
  • Seeing a project through from inception to completion
  • Exceptional project management skills are an advantage, as is the ability to adhere to a project schedule
  • Prioritising incidents based on their business impact
  • Assessing the complexity of incidents and following escalation processes where required
  • Proactively identifying potential or future issues at client sites
  • Documenting all stages of each project onto the Service Desk system
  • Proactively sharing technical knowledge and client-specific know-how with the team
  • You may work closely with sales and technical to design, implement and document solutions
